Scope of Role | |
• Achieving defined productivity of Premium and number of policies on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly basis, as per the Business plan. Ensure proper adherence of business rule. • Ensuring POS technology penetration's. • Should be able to communicate with Customer & Partner, address their request & convey the decision or take the reconsideration request if required. | |
• Should be able to work on the Dialer. | |
• Advise POS on the insurance policies that best suit their need • Ensure achieving high talk time in a day. • Ensure allotted POS is trained and engaged frequently. • Understand all organization Product, services and guidelines. | |
• Build the POS network for PINC POS & recruit POS. | |
• Ability to learn about Products and Services and explain them to the POS/ Customers. | |
• Generating leads for POS agents for business | |
• Higher policy persistency percentage. | |
• MIS maintenance wrt business | |
Knowledge & Skills Required | |
Candidate should have worked in a fast paced Environment. | |
General Insurance / Broking Domain (POS) experience is preferable. | |
Excellent communication skills Strong domain knowledge Excellent proven track record, Strong Team player and should be effective collaborator Following timelines Multi tasking Strong probing skills | |
