Here’s what will be expected out of you every day :
The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate would be:
➢ Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders,
or obtain details of complaints
➢ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and
comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications
➢ Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
➢ Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further
investigation
➢ Follow the set KRA’s/KPI’s without any excuses

Shifts:
➢ Nine Hours each day (One-hour break divided in 3 parts - 15Mins-30Mins-15Mins)
➢ Open to work from 0800hrs through 2300hrs (WFH)– Female Associates
➢ Open to work from 0800hrs through 1900hrs (When Office resumes)– Female Associates
➢ Open to work from 24/7 – Male Associates (Rotational shifts)
➢ One Weekly-Off each week (Any day)
➢ Job Location: WFH for now. New office not yet planned
➢ 100% Voice Process which includes working on customer emails as well.
➢ Meticulous with Shift Time Reporting & Break-Adherence.
